Course Description
This course will explore the idea of storytelling society and environmentalism. We will look at how different groups of people relate to environments and how socio-cultural narratives influence our own realities. The course will critically look at how storytelling shapes our relationship with nature, animals, and humans, and will invite students to think about the power that resides in storytelling. How are stories formed? Who gets to tell a story? What kinds of stories get silenced, and how?
