Course Description
This course will provide students for a venue to experientially and actively explore modalities for conflict and dispute resolution including negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and litigation. Students will participate in mock mediations, a moot legal argument, and negotiation simulations, and will learn and practice skills and techniques developed from best practices in business and law.
