Do you like trying new food products that you see in the grocery store? Have you ever thought about making your own formulations? Food product development is an exciting part of being a food scientist. In this mini-course, you will learn about the chemistry, microbiology, physical properties, and sensory analysis that come into play when creating and producing food products. You will have the opportunity to put into practice what you learn by designing and making your own unique product. Join us and get creative!
