Course Description
This mini course is a high-level overview that ties together aspects of mathematical disciplines by introducing the idea of frameworks and how to operate within them and forming synergies that apply cross-conceptual understanding to create innovation. The course will explore information theory, propositional logic and basic reasoning as well as look at a brief history of technology and its evolution in order to discuss how innovation can come about. The course will try to draw on themes of ethics in technological practice and stress the importance of how disciplines like sociology, psychology and political science can provide insight for creating solutions that are innovative and people-focused
