Course Description

An interactive course that helps students handle disagreements with confidence and calm. Through structured games and real-life simulations, students will learn why tensions escalate, how emotions influence our reactions, and simple tools for communicating clearly under pressure. The students will practice active listening, understanding perspectives that differ from their own and expressing themselves clearly. The course will include fun activities, team challenges, communication drills, and a final creative project that will help them put together their own “conflict toolkit”. By the end of the course, students will have practical skills to manage conflict at school, home, and with friends.
