Course Description

Hello and welcome all future teachers!
In this course, we will explore what the B.Ed program and a career in teaching look like.
We will hear from B.Ed students, Teachers, Principals, and Superintendents.
We will explore inclusivity/diversity in the classroom, important practices in teaching, assessment, the culture of teaching, how to create interactive inquiry-based lessons and most importantly why it is important to have strong leaders in education.
We will also explore how STEM is done at a primary/junior level.
We will talk about our hybrid model & virtual world and how education is shifting.
