The objective of this mini course will be to familiarize and explore the sources of law that govern indigenous societies, as well as introducing the concept of restorative justice. The teachings of this mini-course will be sourced from respected indigenous scholars, authors or activists such as John Burrows, Shirley Williams , and Rupert Ross.
