Biographie
I am a Ph.D. Candidate in Rehabilitation Sciences at the University of Ottawa, specializing in speech-language pathology. My academic journey and professional experience have equipped me with a strong foundation in both clinical practice and research, which I am passionate about sharing with others. My research primarily focuses on the therapeutic effects of singing on voice and speech in individuals with Parkinson’s Disease, combining evidence-based interventions with innovative approaches to improve quality of life. In addition to my doctoral studies, I serve as a Teaching Assistant (TA) and Research Assistant (RA) at the University of Ottawa, where I engage in mentoring and supporting students in their academic pursuits. Through these roles, I have honed my ability to communicate complex concepts in an accessible and engaging manner. I look forward to using these skills to inspire the next generation of health science enthusiasts.
