Improve your English faster! A course for ESL students

This course is for English as a second language (ESL) students. It will teach students special strategies that will help them improve their English faster. Students in this course will learn about basic principles of language learning and how these principles can make their study time more effective. Students will also learn to use digital tools like flashcard apps; online dictionaries and translators; text profilers; TV/movie content; and AI chatbots to accelerate their learning. The four communication skills of speaking, listening, writing, and reading will all be included. The course will be taught by Carleton professors who help ESL university students improve their English and reach their goals.
